This full-time position is based in the Central Region and will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experience and support to our growing client base within the healthcare and medical industry.

What you'll be doing
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and online chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide detailed product and service information to customers
