The Service Manager will be responsible for engaging and convincing existing Commercial Property Loan customers to take up the repricing package. You will ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory property financing guidelines. In addition, you must be able to cross refer and sell other bank products.
You will need to work independently and take ownership of issues, handle customers' queries professionally and efficiently, with the ability to retain a huge amount of product and service knowledge. You are expected to be customer centric, be able to identify areas for process improvements, and work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
The Service Manager will report into the Customer Service Unit within Emerging Business, stationed at the Singapore head office. On-the-job training will be provided to facilitate the understanding of Bank policies, procedures and guidelines, guided by the unit's Team Leader or experienced Service Managers.
