Job description
The Role:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates on order and delivery status.

  • Manage and ensure accuracy in sales order activities, including order entry, rescheduling, delivery coordination, and pricing adjustments for backlog reporting.

  • Review and maintain contractual agreements in compliance with corporate and divisional policies, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.

  • Coordinate customer scorecards, satisfaction surveys, and reporting of questionnaires across departments.

  • Update customer profiles, contract pricing, and order details in ERP systems, ensuring data integrity.

  • Perform EDI transactions accurately and communicate changes with internal teams and customers to minimize impact on sales.

  • Support import/export shipments and special shipment coordination in compliance with international shipping regulations.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes and operational efficiency.

  • Prepare departmental reports for management review and assist in compliance-related activities.

  • Manage customer returns and provide backup support for export compliance administration.

What are we looking for?
  • Minimum Diploma qualification with relevant experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken) to engage professionally with customers and internal teams.

  • Highly customer-focused, energetic, and able to multitask effectively with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Meticulous, resourceful, and proactive with high emotional intelligence and problem-solving ability.

  • Familiarity with export and shipping terms is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced with ERP/MPR systems; tech-savvy and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

  • Comfortable working with numbers and handling data accurately.

Work Schedule:
  • 5-day work week (Mon–Fri)

  • 7:30 AM to 4:48 PM
    Location: Changi North
