A leading materials company in Singapore is seeking an experienced customer service representative to support the Order-To-Cash process. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing orders in SAP, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a diploma, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in any fields.
  • At least 3 years of customer service and SAP experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP Order-To-Cash (OTC) process.
  • Knowledge of Sales and pricing process.
  • Knowledge of Logistics and supply chain process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide reference pricing from SAP and issue quotations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Process various types of customer orders in SAP.
  • Coordinate with production planning to meet delivery dates.
  • Manage customer consignment stock and inventory levels.

ThispositionisaccountableforcontributingtheefficiencyandeffectiveOrder-To Cash(OTC)process,ensuringcustomersatisfactionwhileadheringtostandardoperatingprocedures(SOP)andguidelines,supportingcustomerserviceteamperformanceandcontinuousimprovement.

JobResponsibilities:

SupportingSalesTeam:

  • ProvidingreferencepricingfromSAPandissuingSAPquotationstosupportthesalesteamineffectivelyandefficientlypricingtocustomers.

CustomerInquiryHandling:

  • Handlingcustomerinquirieswithafocusondeliveringprofessionalcustomersupportandresolvingcustomerissues.

OrderProcessing:

  • Receivingandprocessingvarioustypesofcustomerorders,includingstandardorders,consignmentorders,sampleorders,intercompanysalesorders,andintercompanyandstandardpurchaseordersinSAP.

  • CoordinatingwiththeproductionplanningteamfromdifferentHeraeusElectronicsproductionsitestoensurecustomer-requesteddeliverydatesaremetwithinstandardleadtimes.

  • ManagingandmonitoringcustomerconsignmentstockandplanningstockreplenishmenttomaintainconsignmentinventorylevelswithintargetedKPIs.

  • ProcessingandmonitoringpreciousmetalhedgingpriceswiththeinternaltradingcompanyinSAPandconfirmingtheprecisehedgedpricesinsalesorderconfirmationsorproformainvoicestocustomers.

  • Monitoringandensuringthatconfirmedsalesordersareshippedontimeandprovidingshippingpre-alertstocustomers.

CustomerMasterDataandMaterialManagement:

  • Requestingandsubmittingnewcustomernumbersthroughthemasterdatagovernancetool(SAPBusinessClient7.70).

  • CoordinatingnewmaterialnumberreleasesandraisingEngineeringChangeRequest(ECR)fornew/changeCustomerandPackingchecklist,andnew/changecustomerPartNumberonlabel.

RegulatoryComplianceandAd-HocTasks:

  • InvolvementinlocalsiteandHETglobalnecessarymeasuressuchasIATFandISOcertificationandHETcommercialexcellenceinitiatives.

  • Takingupad-hoctasksasandwhenrequiredbytheSupervisor.
