A leading chemical company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to handle customer inquiries and feedback while ensuring smooth logistics and documentation processes. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Business Admin and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage. This position operates on a 5-day work week from 8.00am to 5.00pm, with company transport provided from various pickup points.
Accepting order inquiries from customers and responding with follow-up queries.
Handling and resolving customer feedbacks.
Ensure all deliveries to customers are properly communicated to all parties.
Co-ordinate with Logistics/ 3rd party to ensure on-time delivery.
Verify certificate of analysis/ compliance, applying inspection status.
Preparing, generating and distributing order acknowledgements and daily reports.
Maintaining database of customer contacts.
Maintain good filing and retrieval system to ensure easy access of work documents.
Any other duties as assigned,
Diploma in Business Admin
At least 2 years working experience in related field.
SAP knowledge is an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5-days work week (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm
Company transport provided at designated pick-up point (Jurong West, Boon Lay, Lakeside, Jurong East, Serangoon, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands MRT)
