Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and handle phone/email inquiries.
• Provide professional course consultations and customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with students and parents.
• Support the teaching team with deployment and timetabling.
• Assist with administrative duties and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure the safety and appropriate behavior of students.
