Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Operation Associate fluent in Korean. This role involves managing end-to-end operational processes in a pharmaceutical setting. Job description
The Opportunity:
  • Adecco is partnering with a pharma MNC to search for a Customer Service Operation Associate (Korean Speaking).
  • Role will start off as a contract assignment.
The Job:

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Process Management: Oversee the entire operational process, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues from product request through finished product delivery.
  • Product Request: Verify feasibility of Apheresis pick-up dates, monitor Product Request Form approvals, and issue Order Confirmations.
  • Apheresis Coordination: Place dewar orders, monitor export documents, ensure timely submission and approval of Apheresis Data Forms, track dewar delivery and pick-up, and update Salesforce and SAP Cloud Platform.
  • Manufacturing Oversight: Track product receipt at the plant, monitor Day 0 manufacturing start, and send Harvest notifications.
  • Finished Product Shipment: Monitor product shipment, share volume and invoice details, notify sites, and track delivery to ensure completion.
  • Infusion Monitoring: Track updates to the actual infusion date and time in CellChain.
The Talent:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills and familiarity with systems/IT.
  • Ideally 3–5 years of experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical operations.
  • Korean-speaking language is needed, as the role is required to liaise with native Korean-speaking stakeholders.
