Job description

Customer Service Officers (Banking) (1-Year Contract)

• Handle enquiries regarding full suite of products including personal and corporate accounts, loans, deposits, cards
• Troubleshoot issues and address customers' concerns promptly
• Provide product/service information when necessary

Working hours: 9.30pm to 6pm (Mon to Fri); 10am to 2.30pm (Every Sat)

After converting to permanent, the working hours will be as follows: 9am to 12 midnight (Monday to Sunday) including public holidays; 44 working hours per week; bi‑weekly duty roster will be given. There will be transport reimbursement if the shift ends at or later than 10.30pm.
