A logistics service provider in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to handle daily operations, customer coordination, and reporting. Ideal candidates will have logistics experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
To execute daily operations in accordance with the processes and procedures established.
To perform all reporting in a timely and appropriate manner.
Monthly billing report updating.
To liaise and follow up with customers on the delivery status.
To perform proper follow‑up procedures on all expedited shipments.
To work collaboratively with the warehouse and transport team to ensure seamless information flow and accuracy in the shipments.
To report any service‑related issues, escalations, or failures to the supervisor.
Any other duties as assigned.
Proven experience in a logistics, shipping, or operations role is preferred.
Experience with shipment documentation is an advantage.
Familiarity with transport and warehouse operations, as well as coordination with cross‑functional teams, is beneficial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and team members.
Ability to follow up on issues, escalate problems, and provide clear status updates.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipment status updates, documentation, and reporting.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast‑paced work environments.
