CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER - SAFRA TOA PAYOH

Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only

Responsibilities
  • Performs opening of front desk activities.
  • Receive members / guests at the counter.
  • Check the member’s membership card and NRIC.
  • Receive / transfer calls and call back.
  • Take booking / reservation of sport facilities (for selected facilities only).
  • Process payments such as application / renewal of membership, courses and activities.
  • Make necessary announcement over the public announcement system.
  • Handle members’ / guests’ enquiries and feedback over the counter.
  • Collate and compile the Summary of Revenue Collection at Front Desk.
  • Settle and deposit the revenue collection.
  • Check and balance Membership Gifts and Rewards Programme inventory for the day.
  • Perform closing checks.
Requirements
  • GCE 'O' levels with basic PC skills
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of front desk experience in service/hospitality industry
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented
  • Teamwork-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bubbly personality and enjoys meeting people
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
