Job summary

A leading staffing company in Singapore is seeking Temporary Staff to promote tax compliance and assist taxpayers with their Corporate Income Tax and GST obligations. The ideal candidate should possess at least an 'A' level or Diploma qualification, be service-oriented, and have prior customer service experience. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, and operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

• As a Temporary Staff, you play a crucial role in promoting tax compliance and fostering a community of responsible taxpayers
• Interact with taxpayers through phone calls to fulfill their payment and filing obligation for Corporate Income Tax and GST.

• Able to handle taxpayers confidently and professionally
• Prior experience in customer service, along with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
