A company specializing in personnel services is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Tuas. The role involves managing incoming calls, welcoming visitors, and coordinating technicians. The ideal candidate has a GCE O Level, prior customer service experience, and is bilingual in English and Mandarin. This permanent position offers a salary up to $3200, including overtime pay and additional benefits.
Location: Tuas Ave (Company Transportation to the nearest MRT will be provided)
Working hours: 44 hours per week - Monday - Friday + Alternate Full Saturday (WITH OVERTIME PAY)
Salary: Gross up to $3200 (Salary up to $3000 + Overtime Pay + 10 days Annual Leave additional 1 every year max 14 days + Performance Bonus + Free Lunch Tuesday to Thursday)
