Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries and provide necessary service to resolve customers' needs.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide good customer service through product knowledge.
• Assist in resolving customer issues relating to orders and inquiries.
• Manage daily orders in detail.
• Communicate with various departments and external parties to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Support any ad-hoc duties as when assigned by leaders.
