Job summary

A healthcare aesthetics company in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional to deliver excellent service and provide administrative support. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, a Nitec qualification, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing billing, and handling inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience as a clerk or receptionist.
  • Well-groomed, courteous, and meticulous.

Responsibilities

  • Greet Prospects and Clients in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Collect new or outstanding billing and payment from the Client.
  • Print and hand over service invoices accurately.
  • Call Clients to book, remind and follow up on appointments.
  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and record call details accurately.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.
