Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to manage customer accounts and assist with orders. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, a secondary school education, and familiarity with AutoCount software. Working hours are Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays. Competitive salary offered.

Working hours: Mon - Fri: 8am-5pm, Alt Sat: 8am to 12pm
Working Location: Pandan Loop (Clementi)

Responsibilities
  • Assist with placement of orders via phone, email, mail or fax
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Versed with AutoCount software, for invoicing and back-of-house logistics management between Sales and Warehousing teams
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and adapt to changing procedures and processes.
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties assigned as and when required by superior
