Job summary

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with queries and concerns in a service-oriented manner
• Handle administrative tasks related to student and course registrations
• Provide accurate information on enrichment programmes and advise parents on suitable course options
• Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, and email with professionalism
• Follow up with prospective families and support them through the enrollment process
• Promote new courses and maintain up-to-date knowledge of programme offerings
• Work towards company sales targets and help maximize customer retention
• Support daily operations and maintain high service standards

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or higher
• Able to commit to working on weekends
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to start work immediately
