Overview

Job Type: Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + Variable Bonus + Overtime)

Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer’s orders are processed in a timely and accurately manner
  • Ensure reports are submitted on time according to established customer schedules
  • Investigate root-cause of operation incidents and service failures, make recommendations to the CS Managers / Management for improvements
  • Liaise and update customers closely to resolve orders or shipments related issues
  • Initial cycle count as per schedule
  • Ensure proper keeping of cycle count sheet for audit trail purposes
  • Be responsible for reconciling all stock discrepancies
  • Inventory management for Customer’s WMS system
  • Ensure all billings are done timely & accurately with all necessary supporting documents
  • Collate and compute the monthly KPI report
  • Achieve & maintain consistent KPI, make suggestions to improve when necessary
