Customer Service Officer / Logistics Admin (West / 5 days / Up to $2400 / MNC)

Job Summary:

• Gross Salary UP$2,500++ or more
• Basic Salary:Up to $2400 + OT
• AWS + Variable Bonus + 15 days Annual Leave
• Working Hours:Mon to Fri (8:15am-5:30pm)
• Working Location:Jalan Buroh

Responsibilities

1. Liaise with customer forwarders and execute system transactions for outgoing shipments and deliveries
2. Preparation of reports and status updates to customer whenever necessary
3. Prepare export documentation, booking and communicate via email.
4. Ensure all customer’s request and enquiries are fulfilled with minimal complaints/error
5. Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure orders from customer are fulfilled in time for delivery
