Job description

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, co-loaders, and overseas agents.
• Prepare and manage export and cross-trade shipping documents.
• Handle customer enquiries and incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Perform customs clearance through Tradeweb/Tradepalette systems.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad‑hoc tasks as required.
