Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide live chat and WhatsApp support. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will manage customer inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction while meeting KPIs. This role is full-time, working Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.

Working hours: 08.00am – 5.00pm, 08.30am – 5.30pm, 09.00am – 6.00pm, 10.00am – 7.00pm (Monday to Friday) & Alternate Saturday: 08.00am – 12.00pm, 08.30am – 12.30pm, 09.00am – 1.00pm

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Simultaneously handle multiple chats
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs.
  • Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service and handling chat enquiries
  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
