Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries regarding import/export shipments
  • Arrange and coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, airlines, and vendors
  • Work closely with internal and external parties on import/export coordination
  • Monitor shipment status, proactively follow up on urgent shipments, and update customers on delays/issues
  • Liaise with Warehouse, Operations, Billing, and Sales teams for smooth workflow
  • Manage shipment schedules and keep customers informed of delivery status
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customs clearance) to ensure timely deliveries
  • Handle documentation, filing, and data entry in the system
  • Manage billing processes and resolve customer billing disputes
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior

Job Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience in logistics/ airfreight industry preferred
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
