A leading customer service provider in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to respond to public inquiries and resolve issues effectively. The ideal candidate should have GCE 'A' Levels, strong communication skills, and ideally 2 years of experience. This role offers structured training and a supportive working environment.
Respond promptly and professionally to public inquiries via phone, emails and live chat.
Resolve issues efficiently, handling escalations with competence.
Support continuous improvement of Quality Management System through assigned duties.
Minimum education: GCE ‘A’ Level and above
Ideally 2 years of relevant experience; fresh candidates are welcome.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and speedy keyboard use.
Excellent customer service demeanor with good verbal and written English skills (and the language of the supported market).
4-week structured training (Classroom + On Job Training)
Working hours: Office Hours (5 days per week)
