Customer Service Executive (Import) / Mon-Fri, 9am -5.30pm; Alt Sat, 9am -1pm
- Contact point for Airfreight Import, to manage customers for movement of import shipments.
 - Follow up on urgent shipments & liaise with stakeholder (Warehouse / Operations / Billing / Sales)
 - Ensure that customers’ expectations are being met and mapped in SOP
 - Regular Business Review with Customers (MBR /QBR)
 - Perform process including Billing and follow up on billing disputes.
 - Experience in Airfreight Import, and able to commit weekend when required.
 
Customer Service Officer/Executive (Export) / Mon-Fri, 9am -6.30pm; Alt Sat, 9am -1pm
- Attend calls and provide flight details to customer upon receiving booking within the SLA.
 - Check on Export Documents accordance to compliance and Airfreight rates apply is correctly.
 - Apply export permit and other export custom documents processed on timely manner
 - Monitor onboard status and informed customer on any abnormality.
 - Liaise with departments to address the concern (Ops , Warehouse , Traffic , planning team)
 - Update on new changes / requirement by airlines or governmental requirement
 - Ensure monthly customer report is submitted.
 - Diploma in any discipline with 5 years in related field
