A customer service-oriented company in Singapore seeks a dedicated Customer Service Executive. This role involves providing effective customer engagement via phone and email, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Monthly salary: $2,300.00 to $2,500.00
5-day week (Monday to Friday)
Regular office hours: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Easily accessible work location: International Plaza (above Tanjong Pagar MRT station)
On-the-job training will be provided

Reporting to the Senior Manager the incumbent will provide customer service, via emails and phone, aligned to the company’s business and strategic goals.
