Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Ensure seamless and smooth check in/out of guests/member. Provide guests with information such as rules and regulations, essential numbers to call for assistance during their stay.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

5-day work week (Mon to Sun) rotating shifts: 8:30 am to 5:45 pm / 10:45 am to 8:00 pm.
