The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and familiarity with Oracle or SAP systems. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to stand by for rotating weekends and public holidays.
Handle full-cycle order processing, including quotes, POs, and SOs, while managing customer consignment programs.
Ensure critical on-time delivery by coordinating logistics among customers, vendors, and internal engineers.
Maintain inventory control and ensure data integrity across customer price books and operational filing systems.
Serve as a primary contact to effectively resolve inquiries and cultivate strong relationships with customers and business partners.
