Job summary

A consulting firm based in Singapore is seeking friendly Customer Service professionals to assist with tax-related enquiries. The role involves responding to emails, making follow-up calls, and promoting digital services to taxpayers. Minimum qualification is GCE 'A' Level, with a preference for candidates with experience in the tax industry. The position is full-time with a pay rate of $13.60 per hour, working Monday to Friday during office hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level or equivalent.
• Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple enquiries efficiently.
• Experience in tax industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to general tax-related requests via email.
• Conduct follow-up calls to taxpayers as necessary.
• Encourage use of digital services for tax obligations.
• Promote e-services and guide users on chatbot usage.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Respond to general tax-related enquiry emails and initiate follow-up calls to taxpayers when necessary.
• Handle written enquiries related to individual income tax and/or property tax.
• Encourage taxpayers to fulfil their tax obligations by promoting the use of digital services.
• Promote and guide taxpayers in using e-services and the chatbot.
• Perform day-to-day administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possesses minimum GCE 'A' Level.
• Self-motivated individual and able to handle more than 20 cases per day.
• Candidates aspiring to work in the tax industry or had prior work experiences in tax are welcome to apply.
