• Identify and address customer needs by delivering accurate information and appropriate guidance.
• Manage customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties.
• Prepare quotations and generate Work Orders.
• Monitor the progress of servicing or repairs and provide timely updates to customers.
• Escalate complex or urgent issues to Supervisors for further handling.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisors.
