Monthly salary: $2,000.00 to $2,300.00

5.5 day week (Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Saturday: 8.30 am to 1.00 pm)

Job Description

The incumbent will provide customer service, via emails and phone, aligned to the company’s business and strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle engagement with customers over phone calls and emails.
  • Resolve customer service-related issues efficiently and effectively, with appropriate actions plans, in accordance to company’s procedures and policies.
  • Deliver excellent customer service experiences, assist in enquiries, preparation of quotations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g. technical, production, delivery team, logistics teams) to ensure seamless responses to customers and thorough follow-through with customers.
  • Contribute ideas to better serve customers and improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Build positive relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Applicants with the relevant work experience will be given supervisory role to guide and lead the team of Customer Service Officers.
Job Requirements
  • Good communication, coordination and people skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to multi-task and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous and able to handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in customer service and / or frontline roles.
