Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm
1 year contract, renewable
$13.53 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and walk-in visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
• Manage patient registration and assist with health-screening and medical appointment scheduling.
• Respond promptly to phone and email enquiries, assist walk-in patients, and direct them to the appropriate service areas or personnel.
• Handle and update patient registration details accurately, maintain patient records, and ensure proper filing and documentation (both digital and physical) in accordance with clinic SOPs.
• Maintain clinic facility standards, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and a professional presentation that reflects positively on the Parkway Shenton brand.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
