Job summary

A retail management company in Singapore is looking for a customer service representative. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and visitors
• Attend to queries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
• Assist in customer loyalty programmes and redemption of reward programmes
• Play an active role during promotions and marketing campaigns
• Any other duties as assign by the Centre Management Office.
