Our client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore.

Job Description
  • Attend to customers, handle queries from the Service Hotline and emails.
  • Respond and resolve customers’ queries related to products, spare parts, service schemes and schedule service appointments.
  • Liaise and coordinate with authorized Service Contractors, in house technicians etc. to resolve issues arising from customers.
  • Perform simple troubleshooting to identify the issue to ensure that customers are attended to effectively.
  • Conduct weekly and annual parts stock count.
  • Retrieve and deliver spare parts to Customer Care Counter.
  • Perform front counter duties including but not limited to spare parts sales over walk‑in, bring‑in repair, repair collection and redemption.
Job Requirements
  • At least an O‑Level academic qualification.
  • Experience in customer service and/or call centre or similar roles.
  • Technical knowledge of electrical or electronic appliances, even if no prior customer service experience, is welcome.
  • Customer‑service oriented with excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
  • Possess basic computer skills.
  • Good stamina, personality and customer‑oriented attitude.
  • Excellent time‑management, prioritisation, attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage customers’ expectations.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
Compensation
  • Within walking distance from Bedok MRT Station.
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm), Saturday (9am – 2pm).
