Customer Service Officer (Bedok / 5.5 Days)
Our client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore.
Job Description
- Attend to customers, handle queries from the Service Hotline and emails.
- Respond and resolve customers’ queries related to products, spare parts, service schemes and schedule service appointments.
- Liaise and coordinate with authorized Service Contractors, in house technicians etc. to resolve issues arising from customers.
- Perform simple troubleshooting to identify the issue to ensure that customers are attended to effectively.
- Conduct weekly and annual parts stock count.
- Retrieve and deliver spare parts to Customer Care Counter.
- Perform front counter duties including but not limited to spare parts sales over walk‑in, bring‑in repair, repair collection and redemption.
Job Requirements
- At least an O‑Level academic qualification.
- Experience in customer service and/or call centre or similar roles.
- Technical knowledge of electrical or electronic appliances, even if no prior customer service experience, is welcome.
- Customer‑service oriented with excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Good stamina, personality and customer‑oriented attitude.
- Excellent time‑management, prioritisation, attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage customers’ expectations.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
Compensation
- Within walking distance from Bedok MRT Station.
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm), Saturday (9am – 2pm).
