Job summary

A beauty service provider in Singapore is seeking a customer service associate to manage appointments and assist walk-in customers. Responsibilities include answering inquiries via email and phone, managing the POS system, and handling payments. Candidates should be prepared for various administrative tasks. This role offers a structured schedule with two days off per week.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.
  • Attend to walk-in customers at the outlet.
  • Assist all customers enquiries via emails and callings, including cold calling.
  • Assist outlet manager on individual's commission calculation including data entry work.
  • Manage outlet POS System for all transaction.
  • Handle of monetary receipts and payment.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job description

Working hours: Monday-Friday 11am to 8pm / Weekend and Public Holiday 10am-7pm


2 days off per week (1 weekday, 1 weekend)
