A leading customer service provider in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer for the banking sector. This role involves achieving set targets, ensuring service quality, assisting customers in digital transitions, and promoting banking products. Candidates should have at least 1 year of banking customer service experience or 5 years in other sectors. Comfort with computer applications is essential. Rotational shifts apply.
Work Timings: Rotational Afternoon Shifts: 1 pm to 12 am (1 week day off and 1 weekend off)
