Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle consolidation (Consol) and Taobao shipments, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
• Manage import and export documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to resolve shipment issues or discrepancies.
• Monitor and track shipment status, providing regular updates to internal teams.
• Maintain proper filing and records of all shipping and customs documents for audit and compliance purposes.
