Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service officer to assist work permit holders with banking products. The role involves handling queries via email and phone, participating in events, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Candidates should have experience in customer service and be flexible to work on Sundays and public holidays. This position is based in Kaki Bukit and offers a 12-month contract.

• Attending to work permit holders on banking products availed to them.
• Attend to email and phone queries from workers and their employers.
• Participate in events/roadshows on Sundays, public holidays and/or any other days as required.
• Conduct surveys or VOCs as required.
• Comply with applicable internal and regulatory guidelines and requirements of the bank.
• Achieve high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Any duties assigned relating to the Work Permit Segment.

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Hours: Mon - Fri : 8.30am - 4.30pm + Sat : 8.30am - 1.00pm

5.5 days work week! (might be required to work on Sundays and public holidays if there is event)
