Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service Officer (Taekwondo Enrichment Centers)

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and service-oriented Customer Service Officer to support daily operations at our schools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, engaging with parents, and contributing to a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle enquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp and online platforms
  • Manage student registrations, trial classes and package renewals
  • Act as the main point of contact for parents and students
  • Explain class schedules, belt progression, grading requirements and school policies
  • Support daily branch operations including attendance tracking and class coordination
  • Assist with grading administration, seminars and branch events
  • Maintain accurate student records, payments and basic reporting
  • Support basic marketing activities such as follow-ups, open houses and trial events
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer service, admin or front-line roles preferred
  • Comfortable communicating with parents and children
  • Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
  • Able to work weekends (5 days work week, Monday and alternate Saturday or Sunday off)
  • Computer skills (WhatsApp, spreadsheets, data system)
  • Training will be provided
