  • Prepare and submit purchase requisitions for supplies or equipment.
  • Coordinate with teams to check stock availability and order fulfillment.
  • Communicate updates regarding reservations and deliveries.
  • Arrange delivery or courier bookings for orders.
  • Verify delivery schedules with logistics partners.
  • Work with kitchen and warehouse personnel to ensure accurate packing.
  • Monitor outstanding payments or corporate invoices.
  • Report order discrepancies and follow up on claims.
  • Maintain and update order records and tracking reports.
  • Review and improve internal SOPs for efficiency.
Job description
Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer enquiries, reservations, and feedback from both local and overseas customers to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  2. Process customer orders for catering, bulk purchases, or delivery requests, and ensure all order details are accurately recorded in the system.
  3. Prepare and submit purchase requisitions for restaurant supplies, ingredients, or equipment, ensuring timely internal approval.
  4. Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Purchasing, and Inventory teams to check stock availability and plan order fulfilment.
  5. Communicate proactively with customers regarding reservation updates, delivery timings, order status, or any potential delays.
  6. Arrange and confirm delivery or courier bookings for outgoing catering orders or special customer requests.
  7. Verify delivery schedules with logistics partners and provide timely updates to customers.
  8. Work with the kitchen and warehouse/store personnel to ensure orders are packed correctly and collected by the designated delivery partner.
  9. Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments or corporate invoices, escalating overdue cases when necessary.
  10. Record and report any order discrepancies, missing items, or damages, and follow up on replacement arrangements or claims.
  11. Maintain and update all order records, delivery documents, and tracking reports to ensure visibility of pending and completed orders.
  12. Review and improve internal SOPs to enhance order accuracy, customer experience, and overall operational efficiency.
