Responsibilities

• Spending much of time working with the customer on their vehicle damage report. This may come in the form of outbound calls, emails or onsite visits.
• Investigate damages found on our vehicles, assess the cost of repairs and follow up with the customers.
• Assisting and managing accident reports and follow-ups.
• Assisting with the recovery of vehicles if required.
• Any other tasks assigned by your supervisor
