  • Liaise with various stakeholders like vendor, customer, Internal Sales and production.
  • ssue Delivery Order.
  • Generate invoices and quotation.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders on delivery issue.
  • Attend customers’ enquiries.
Job Requirement
  • Min “O” level and above.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team within a highly pressured, fast moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as analytical and resourceful.
  • Can do attitude coupled with ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to handle documents written in English and Mandarin for verification of customer's artwork.
