Basic information
  • Monday - Sunday, 8.30am - 6pm, 5 day work week
  • Basic UP $2600
  • AWS provided
  • West area (Company transport at Lakeside MRT)
Job Scope
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints promptly via phone, email, and chat.
  • Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery in line with company SOPs.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Resolve product, delivery, or service issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Record and update customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to address customer needs.
  • Gather and document customer feedback for service and product improvement.
  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate with teams to improve processes.
  • Build lasting customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
Additional Information
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or customer service tools will be an advantage
