The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our members, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our members.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Greet members and visitors in a warm and friendly manner as they enter the gym.
  • Assist members with inquiries regarding membership plans, class schedules, equipment usage, etc.
  • Provide assistance to prospects and highlight key features and amenities.
  • Process membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor gym facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Respond to member feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
  • Administrative duties - maintain accurate records of member interactions, transactions, and feedback in the gym's database.
Requirements:
  • Passionate in Fitness.
  • Possesses a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and excellent work ethics.
  • Able to commit to shifts work including PH/weekends.
  • Pro‑active, work well independently and in a team.
  • Performing basic administrative duties - good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
