A logistics company based in Singapore is looking for an individual to handle various customer service tasks, including data entry and general administrative support. Candidates should have good communication skills and a proactive attitude. Basic computer literacy is required, with preferences for Microsoft Office or Google Workspace experience. Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Manage incoming leads and respond promptly to customer enquiries
Record customer enquiries and relay information to the Sales Team
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned
Experience in customer service is an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams
Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace preferred)
