Mavis has the distinction of being the most trusted brand in the tuition industry since 1986 with 17 centres island-wide and we are seeking dedicated Customer Service Officer to join us. As a frontline staff, you will be the first point of contact with our existing customers and prospective ones.

Core Responsibilities:
Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters.
Provide professional service and advice in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with their queries and concerns with a service oriented attitude.
Actively promote the organisation’s programmes to prospective customers in a professional manner.
Assist and follow-up with prospective or existing customers to promote new subjects and courses.
Work towards company sales targets and to maximise retention
Handle customers enquiries, enrolment, payments and maintain accurate files for auditing.
Establish a good rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
Requirements:
Minimum ‘N’ Level
Able to commit on weekends
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive work attitude, self-driven, independent, team player with strong service mindset
