Job Description & Requirements
The Customer Service Officer partners with Sales Executives, Overseas Vendor/Suppliers, Finance, and Logistics personnel globally to ensure that all purchase orders are successfully managed and followed-through from the point of the sale to the point of parts delivery. This position requires a candidate who not only is tech savvy who can track and manage data effectively, but someone who is extremely detail oriented and a strong English written and verbal communicator. This is a full time position requires commitment to stay minimum period of two (2) years upon offer acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partners with other LED and Component Sales, finance, and logistics executives to manage and track all purchase orders from the point of sale to the point of delivery.
- Oversees the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with the organization's customer service standards.
- Daily follow-up with customers regarding order fulfillment, shipments and special requests
- Daily follow-up together with Production Planning regarding part availability and coverage
- Customer Demand Analysis - Analyze Demand Variation and create Waterfall/ Walk overviews
- Handle delivery bottlenecks together with Production Planning and Customer
- Drive Customer Metrics & Logistics Standards
- Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
- Proactively notifies customers regarding shipment details including tracking numbers, date of shipment, etc.
- Creates purchase orders using the Focus CRM/ERP system whenever a new order needs to be made to the supplier
- Creates sales orders using Focus’ CRM/ERP system whenever a new order/invoice needs to be send to the customer
Qualifications
- Advanced Excel MS Excel proficiency required - Pivot, programming, XNPV, XIRR, Index, Etc.
- Knowledge of the semiconductor supply chain, logistics, B2B sales industry preferred
- Interest in project management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Work-well in the a high-pressured fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently on strategic issues with client; capable of managing fairly complex projects
- Able to multi task on daily operational responsibilities as well as project related work in a deadline driven environment
