Job Description of Customer Service Officer
Lease premise taking over
- Inspect the lease premise with the facilities management team before taking over the lease premise
Room preparation
- Check the leased premise for defects or damages before students check in
- Prepare rooms for viewing
- Ensure the room is ready for new student in cleanliness, space allocation etc.
Student check in/on boarding
- Tenancy Agreement signed by student – done by Marketing using app
- Photo taken of check in conditions of the rooms and leased premise
- Brief the students of the hostel rules, rubbish chute, Wi‑Fi password
- Help student to familiarise with the hostel location and nearest MRT
Student Matters
- Attend to student/parents’ queries, concerns, requests
- Random check on quality of service, hostel cleanliness
- Students' feedback form (set up, reply and copy to Operation)
- Checking the student’s happiness level & well being
Student check out /off boarding
- Confirm the final defects or damage list with the student
- Proceed with check out form signed by the students
