A service company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage service orders, liaise with customers and departments, and handle quotations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and 1-2 years of experience in coordination or customer service roles. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient service operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for all service order updates.
To send out necessary quotation to customers upon request.
To keep record of all quotations, correspondence and replies.
To keep and store all relevant clientele information.
To report directly to superior.
To receive incoming calls for service and to liaise with respective departments for follow-up.
To schedule service calls for repair/spare parts replacement.
To retrieve email for confirmation of quotations for repair/spare parts.
Responsible for all warranty & non-warranty parts ordering and ensuring their arrival.
To submit a service order for invoicing after the job is completed.
To request a quote for spare parts for a competitor's brand and follow up.
Assist to manage the spare parts room.
To prepare packing list and commercial invoice for overseas shipment
Minimum Diploma in any field
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in coordinator/customer service/admin roles.
