  • Design and implement live chat service channels, including WhatsApp integration with human support.
  • Analyze customer service operations and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop service delivery models, operational frameworks, KPIs, and reporting tools.
  • Conduct testing, manage live chat sessions, and provide agent training.
  • Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement in operations and technology.

Working location: PLQ

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
