Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor the customer service team to achieve high service standards.

Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, complaints, and escalations.

Manage key client accounts, ensuring contract adherence, service reviews, and strong relationships.

Monitor SOPs, KPIs, and service standards to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Prepare and present monthly performance and operational reports for management.

Drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure efficiency in systems and processes.

Collaborate with Business Development and other departments to align service delivery with client needs.

Analyze customer feedback and service trends to recommend and implement improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
