🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
💰 Salary: $3,000 - $3500/month

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our growing car detailing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve walk-in customers with professionalism.
• Provide updates to customers on the progress of their car detailing services via WhatsApp.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Assist in coordinating customer drop-offs and pickups (ability to drive is an advantage).
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up promptly.

Requirements

• MUST be fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
• Presentable, well-spoken, and customer-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Driving experience is a plus.
